STAR Leadership Academy is a prestigious institution dedicated to developing the next generation of African leaders. Founded by Mrs. Tsitsi Masiyiwa and directed by Elizabeth Tanya Masiyiwa, the academy offers an intensive one-year educational and experiential learning program for academically gifted African students who possess strong leadership qualities.

With a focus on servant leadership, tenacity, accountability, and responsibility, STAR Leadership Academy aims to cultivate committed leaders who can effect real change in their families, communities, nations, and continent.
