Star Solution

Star Solution is a management and marketing company focused on supporting athletes, influencers, and others seeking opportunities in sport and marketing. Founded by Jaroslav Musil and Jakub Dyk, both experienced in the sporting world, the company draws on their backgrounds as former fighters and current trainers. Musil owns MMA Liberec, while Dyk has competed in Oktagon and now works as a trainer and sparring partner.

Star Solution represents clients and negotiates with promoters to help secure favorable terms, while ensuring agreements are documented to protect their interests. Its services include reviewing contracts, arranging amendments, and drafting tailored agreements. The company also assesses clients’ potential through its partner network and works to establish new partnerships that can support career development and financial stability. For clients with existing promoters or partners, it can help negotiate improved compensation. By handling contract and business matters, Star Solution aims to help athletes and other talent build a stronger foundation for their careers.
