Montpellier StaRT Running is a running club in Montpellier, France, bringing together people who enjoy running and want to share the experience in a supportive, friendly group. Open to runners aged 17 to 97, the club welcomes a wide range of abilities and goals, from returning to exercise and maintaining fitness to pursuing ambitious performance targets. Its activities cover track, road running, trail and mountain running, and the club describes itself as Montpellier’s first off-stadium running club.
Training takes place throughout the year, with seven weekly meetups. Sessions include relaxed social runs, track interval training, a nature workout and a longer run or trail outing. Qualified coaches and enthusiastic group leaders help members train, improve and enjoy running together. The club also offers trial-session registration and membership, and sells official club apparel and running equipment, including jerseys and jackets for the 2026–2027 season. Through its activities and community, Montpellier StaRT Running aims to make running accessible, motivating and enjoyable for runners at every level.
