StartMatch is an Austrian platform that helps startups and small and medium-sized businesses identify and secure funding for innovation and business projects. It brings AI-powered tools and professional grant advisory services together, supporting companies from funding research and strategy through application preparation and submission. Its tools assist with application writing, project roadmaps, cost planning and team coordination, while a funding-focused AI agent helps users address program requirements and improve their applications.

StartMatch also provides an up-to-date, AI-supported search for Austrian funding opportunities and guidance on the Austrian research tax credit, or Forschungsprämie. Human experts contribute at key stages, including project kick-offs, application reviews and submissions. Businesses can choose full-service support, work collaboratively with advisers using the platform, or access tool-only and tailored options for larger organizations and advisory teams.

StartMatch states that its services are designed with GDPR compliance and that customer data is not used to train AI. Based in Vienna, the company also publishes funding updates, application guidance and resources for Austrian businesses
