Start met Kracht is a youth support provider based in Almere, the Netherlands, offering practical guidance for young people aged 8 to 18 who experience behavioural challenges or difficulties regulating emotions. Its approach is goal-oriented and strengths-based, with boxing used as a practical tool to help young people develop self-direction, structure and personal growth. The organisation provides two forms of support.

Daytime activities offer a safe, structured setting where young people can work on establishing a daily routine, strengthening social skills and building confidence. Outreach support is tailored to each young person and can take place at home, at school or in the neighbourhood. Start met Kracht emphasises personal attention, professional guidance and clear agreements to provide a supportive environment.

Its work also involves collaboration with parents, schools and referring professionals, helping to connect support across the young person’s everyday settings. Families and professionals can contact the organisation to discuss a support need and arrange an intake. Start met Kracht is located on Televisieweg in Almere
