Start.Pivot.Grow. is a Dallas-based small-business accelerator and program of the Cynthia E. & Clarence E. Nevels Foundation. Powered by KPIXAI, its patent-pending AI operating system, the organization helps entrepreneurs move from surviving to scaling through education, coaching, technology, and access to capital. Its programs serve founders in Dallas, Houston, and beyond, with entrepreneurs represented across more than 30 U.S. states.

Offerings include the flagship SPG Cohort, a 12-week accelerator with advisor matching, investor and lender access, and grant opportunities; the Capital Accelerator, which provides loan-readiness support and a PeopleFund lending pipeline; and the 30-Day KPIXAI Growth Challenge, combining platform access, workshops, and grant awards. Other initiatives connect alumni to funded marketplace opportunities, introduce students and entrepreneurs to delivery work through Roadie, and teach innovative businesses to pursue venture and private equity funding.
