Startup Albania is a foundation dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship and innovation in Albania and the region. They aim to inspire and engage the local entrepreneurial system through educational and training activities, including workshops and events. Their mission is to boost the development of innovation in the country by creating organic relationships with national and international organizations that share their goals.

The foundation has a dedicated team that plays key roles in different areas. Aneida Bajraktari, the Founder & Executive Director, has organized numerous events to foster innovation and development in Albania. Indrit Sulejmani, Head of Marketing, ensures that Startup Albania's vision and mission are effectively communicated through marketing strategies.

Albana Caka, the Project Coordinator, oversees the progress of their projects, ensuring they align with their values and achieve the desired outcomes. Startup Albania also has partnerships with organizations and sponsors, managed by Albana Panoti as the Partnerships Manager, and they have logistics support from Vangjelia Oco, the Logistics Specialist. Additionally, Marina Kekezi and Fatjona Murati contribute to the success of their events as the Event Manager and Community Manager, respectively.
