Start:up Alpe-Adria is a brand dedicated to fostering the growth and development of startup companies in the cross-border region of Slovenia and Austria. We understand that startup companies thrive in dynamic startup ecosystems, and our aim is to create a globally recognizable startup destination within this region. Through our cross-border collaboration and cooperation, we strive to strengthen and enhance the services provided by key stakeholders in the startup ecosystem.

Our main goal is to raise the quality and range of services, as well as provide valuable resources for entrepreneurial talents and startup companies. We achieve this by establishing a well-connected ecosystem and network of collaboration through our Start:up HUBs and Resource container. By offering networking events, pilot programs, mentoring, and support, we ensure that SMEs, entrepreneurial talents, and startups in various stages benefit from our activities.

Furthermore, we aim to develop a region that is attractive to talents and enables them to create innovative business models. With the help of our project, we will build a joint model for supporting entrepreneurial talents and startups and establish an Alps-Adriatic destination that is appealing to national and international stakeholders in the startup ecosystem.
