StartUpNV is Nevada's Only Statewide Business Incubator, engaging both new and experienced entrepreneurs from various industries and business sectors. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit, StartUpNV offers a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs to bring their ideas from conception to revenue-producing businesses with the appropriate capitalization for growth. With inspiring workspaces in Las Vegas and Reno, StartUpNV connects with SBDC facilities across Nevada's eight rural areas.

Their experienced and successful mentors have well-connected networks and are accessible to provide guidance. StartUpNV also partners with business and capital partners to create a strong pipeline of entrepreneurial founders and new companies in Nevada. By cultivating new ideas, StartUpNV aims to generate self-sustaining and diversified local economies, create jobs, and attract and retain talent in the state.

Through their incubation program, member companies pay a small monthly fee and pledge to donate 1% of their equity upon a successful exit, contributing to StartUpNV's mission to support the entrepreneurial community. Additionally, StartUpNV offers an annual free boot camp, AngelNV, for founder entrepreneurs to learn how to go to market, create pitch decks, and raise capital, with the opportunity to receive a $400k investment from a group of angels. With a focus on community, StartUpNV welcomes entrepreneurs with great ideas, volunteers with diverse skills, and donors to support their mission
