Stasdock

Stasdock, based in Amsterdam, is a brand that caters to biking enthusiasts and those looking to incorporate cycling into their daily lives. They offer a range of products and services to support biking to work, making it easier and more enjoyable. For beginners, Stasdock advises riders to map out their routes before embarking on their first ride, ensuring safety by choosing quieter roads or bike paths.

They also encourage starting with an achievable frequency, gradually increasing the number of rides per week. Safety is paramount, and Stasdock provides tips such as wearing a helmet, reflective clothing, and using hand signals to communicate with drivers. They also emphasize the importance of keeping to the road and bike lanes to ensure the safety of both cyclists and pedestrians.

To address concerns about arriving sweaty at work, Stasdock recommends using specific cycling clothing, baby wipes for cleaning up, and allowing time to cool down before starting the workday. They also suggest investing in cycling shorts for added comfort during longer rides. Stasdock recognizes that flat tires are inevitable, but they provide guidance on fixing them before bike commuting for the first time.

Additionally, they emphasize the need for a good bike lock to protect the bike when parked outside. With Stasdock, biking to work becomes a more accessible and rewarding experience, promoting health, sustainability, and convenience
