Statek Lukášovi

Statek Lukášovi is a small family farm in Honice, near Stochov, where the owners care for animals and welcome visitors to share in the experience. Rather than operating like a conventional zoo, the farm offers private, guided visits by prior appointment. During an approximately one-hour tour, visitors can learn about the animals and their care, ask questions, and meet selected animals up close. Some can be petted or fed under the farm’s guidance, and guests may take photographs.

The farm is home to a varied collection, including rabbits, guinea pigs, goats, sheep, chickens and ducks, as well as parrots, kangaroos, prairie dogs, squirrels, tortoises, nutria and several kinds of large birds, including emus and rheas. Statek Lukášovi also welcomes school and children’s groups, whose tours last around 90 minutes. Visits are available on weekdays, weekends and holidays, but must be booked in advance. The family began developing the animal collection after buying the historic property in 2013 and made the farm official in 2024, introducing admission fees to help support its operation.
