State of Flow Acrobatics is a Johannesburg-based performance-enhancement academy, established in 2020, offering movement and acrobatics training for children and adults. Its coaching approach centres on deep embodiment and flow states, helping students develop skills through understanding and practice rather than simply repeating movements. The academy aims to build confident, adaptable athletes and support progress that lasts.
Training spans tricking, slackline, gymnastic rings, straps, air track, tumbling and other acrobatic skills. Classes welcome children aged four and older, adults, dancers, athletes and beginners. Structured skill levels and coached progressions help students advance at their own pace, with an emphasis on safe, powerful movement. The programme also supports adults seeking to enhance their stage performances.
State of Flow offers live classes and an on-demand workout library, alongside coaching from a team experienced in areas including strength, aerials, flexibility and tumbling. Based in Ferndale, Randburg, the academy presents itself as a supportive community focused on movement, resilience, focus and confidence.
