State of Reiki

State of Reiki is a Singapore-based wellness practice offering Reiki and Access Bars sessions to support relaxation, calm and emotional balance. Its certified practitioner, Stephanie, uses the traditional Usui method of Reiki and works with clients in person and online. Originally from Austria, Stephanie has lived in several countries and settled in Singapore in 2006; her international background informs her work with both Singapore-based and international clients.

The practice welcomes people experiencing stress, anxiety, overwhelm or major life transitions, including busy professionals and those navigating pregnancy or fertility journeys. Reiki is presented as an energy-based practice intended to encourage balance, while Access Bars is a gentle technique focused on easing stress, limiting beliefs and emotional blocks. Clients can learn more about each service, review session fees and book appointments through the website. State of Reiki also shares information through its blog and FAQs, and offers a newsletter. Sessions take place at Basic Essence in Cluny Court, Singapore, or online, giving clients options to access the practice in a way that suits them.
