About Cotenders
StatybosZurnalas. lt is an electronic service for filling and storing construction work journals that complies with the requirements specified in STR 1. 06.
01:2016 "Construction Works" appendix 4. This platform allows for the registration of the construction progress, assessment of the quality of construction works, and the transfer of individual tasks to the builder (client). Offering functions, services, and prices, this electronic construction work journal ensures transparency, accountability, and control.
It enables remote journal filling and signing, in line with STR requirements, along with document archiving. Recognized by the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists, StatybosZurnalas. lt received the "Lithuanian Product of the Year" award.
With features like standardized record-keeping, convenient access to information, and data security, this system simplifies and enhances the construction documentation process
