About St. Charles Country Club
St. Charles Country Club is a historic private golf club located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With a rich heritage and a course designed by renowned architects Alister MacKenzie and Donald Ross, St.
Charles offers a truly exceptional golfing experience. The club is embarking on a major renovation project starting in 2022, which includes upgrading the irrigation system and renovating the bunkers under the guidance of esteemed golf designer Jim Urbina. Urbina, hailed as "Golf's rising star," brings his expertise and passion for restoring courses to enhance the already impressive St.
Charles course. The renovation will be carried out in phases, allowing members to continue enjoying uninterrupted play. The MacKenzie Nine will be completed in 2023, followed by the Ross Nine in 2024.
Once the renovation is complete, St. Charles will further elevate its status as one of Canada's most historic golf clubs, offering a course that is unrivaled in the Winnipeg market
