Stefan Bernard

Stefan Bernard provides men’s group and one-to-one coaching online and in Würzburg, Germany. His work focuses on helping men strengthen self-understanding, confidence and personal direction in a supportive setting where participants can share experiences, offer one another feedback and face challenges honestly. Bernard began his personal development journey more than ten years ago and says his approach has been influenced by a range of perspectives, including personal development, kinesiology, shamanic healing and relationship coaching.

He joined a men’s circle collective in 2022 and now facilitates groups as well as individual coaching. The Würzburg and online men’s circles offer regular meetings, conversation, shared exercises and rituals, goal-setting, and opportunities for mutual accountability. His one-to-one coaching is presented as a personal process designed to build on clients’ strengths and support the person they want to become.

Bernard is also a prospective naturopath and has completed shamanic training. The website invites prospective clients to arrange a no-obligation introductory conversation; it also notes that a first group meeting is free
