Steiner Bestattung

Steiner Bestattungsdienst is a family-run funeral service established in 1953 and now led by Andreas Steiner in its third generation. Based in Wollerau, Switzerland, the business works closely with local municipalities as an official funeral provider, giving its team knowledge of regional procedures, services and contacts. This local experience helps the company advise bereaved families promptly and competently during a difficult time.

Its services include consultations, preparation and placement of the deceased in a coffin, transfers, care and storage, arranging flowers, handling formalities, and supplying funeral-related articles. Steiner Bestattungsdienst is generally available around the clock for urgent needs, while asking clients to arrange consultation appointments by telephone in advance. The company requests that nighttime calls be made only when immediate assistance is required, particularly by doctors, hospitals and care homes, and advises callers to try the office number before the on-call number.

The business also encourages families to discuss funeral wishes in advance, noting that even an unwritten conversation can ease decisions for loved ones.
