Stella Straubel

Stella Straubel provides compassionate breastfeeding support for families in the Harz region and surrounding areas. A trained breastfeeding specialist, she has been advising families since completing her professional examination in 2021. Her background includes studying childhood education and working in a residential home for young mothers, experiences that inform her supportive, family-focused approach.

Stella offers guidance during pregnancy to help parents prepare for breastfeeding, as well as practical support after birth. Home visits allow her to understand each family’s circumstances, observe a feed when appropriate, and discuss solutions tailored to their needs. Her consultations address challenges such as painful latching, sore nipples, positioning, feeding difficulties, milk supply, breast engorgement, pumping, and transitioning between bottle-feeding and breastfeeding. She also supports families with premature babies or multiples, complementary feeding, weaning, relactation, medication questions, and alternative feeding methods.

Clients can begin with a free 15-minute telephone introduction. Further services include initial and follow-up consultations, with travel charges applying beyond the included local distance.
