STEM is FEM is an educational project dedicated to promoting STEM careers among girls. They believe that girls can achieve anything they set their minds to and recognize the importance of supportive communities in their success. STEM is FEM offers various products and services to empower young girls in the field of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

One of their initiatives is the STEM is FEM contest, where participants have the chance to become part of the STEM community and win a prize that can positively impact their future careers. They also organize educational modules and events, such as the upcoming Light Industry module happening in Kyiv. This module is designed for Ukrainian girls who are currently receiving secondary education or have taken a gap year before entering higher education.

Selected participants will have their travel, accommodation, and meals covered. Even if girls don't get selected for a specific event, STEM is FEM encourages them to stay connected through their social media channels to stay informed about future events, courses, and contests.
