STEM Marin Fund

STEM Marin Fund is a nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization that supports and enhances the STEM program at San Marin High School in Novato, California. Its volunteer board works with the school’s STEM team to strengthen learning for students in Engineering, Biotech, and Art in Science. The Fund raises money for classroom supplies, laboratory equipment, tools, and materials, and provides resources and guidance for field trips, school events, and professional development.

Donations have helped equip the program with an inverted microscope for studying live cells, 3D printers, Makerspace tools, and a Biotech cell culture room. The Fund has also supported student prototypes for senior engineering projects, display cases for student artwork, classroom technology, and collaborative furniture for the STEM building. A current priority is funding field trips that give students hands-on experiences at destinations such as the Buck Institute, Berkeley science facilities, the San Francisco Botanical Garden, and Oakland Zoo. STEM Marin Fund welcomes donations of any amount through Venmo, Square, PayPal, or by cash or check.
