Stems Flower Farm, located just outside Cookstown, Ontario, is a small eight-acre flower farm run by Heidi and Kevin, along with their four children. Initially, they focused on providing premium stems to florists and event designers in the Greater Toronto and Simcoe County area. However, since 2019, they have expanded their on-farm offerings.

In 2020, they opened an on-farm market where they showcase the best in-season vegetables, Niagara fruit, local honey, baked goods, maple syrup, and, of course, their hand-tied flower bouquets and other flower bunches. Their farm stand is open from late May to Thanksgiving. New for 2021 is their Cut Your Own Bouquet Garden, where visitors can stroll through an acre of flowers and choose a bouquet from the thousands of blooms available.

They have exciting plans for 2022, including a private garden with a picnic area in their Cut Your Own space. In addition to their farm offerings, Stems Flower Farm also operates an online seed shop with over one thousand different seed varieties, specially selected for their superior growing properties. They will be adding 55 additional varieties of vegetable seeds in 2022.

They also grow over an acre of dahlia plants and sell tubers from over 400 varieties in the spring.
