STEP Guernsey is a highly active branch of STEP Worldwide, dedicated to providing continuous professional development to its members. The branch organizes a comprehensive lecture program throughout the academic year, catering to professionals at all levels. These lectures feature renowned speakers from around the world, covering a diverse range of topics. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, STEP Guernsey successfully adapted and offered both online and in-person events, making it the only branch to host full-capacity, in-person conferences in 2020 and 2021. Additionally, they provided a popular webinar series, which garnered participation from members worldwide.

The branch’s flagship events include an Annual Ball, attended by over 400 professionals, and an annual conference that features a full day of presentations from industry leaders across the globe. STEP Guernsey also hosts various social networking events, including drinks parties and the 'Big Quiz.' With a joint Technical Committee formed in collaboration with the Guernsey Association of Trustees, STEP Guernsey engages in regulatory consultations and proposed amendments, representing the fiduciary industry's interests.

The branch maintains close relationships with other professional associations, as well as pan-industry forums, emphasizing knowledge sharing and collaboration. Under the leadership of Chair Rupert Morris, Deputy Chair Greta Pender, and Treasurer Ben Rhodes, STEP Guernsey continues to serve its members with valuable resources and support.
