Stephanie Robert

Stephanie Robert is a children’s author and holistic wellness coach whose work focuses on supporting children’s social-emotional development, confidence, and wellbeing. With a psychology degree from the University of Ottawa, she is interested in positive psychology and how it can help children grow to their fullest potential. Her perspective is also shaped by her experiences as a mother and her research into alternative approaches to personal challenges. Robert lives in Dubai with her family.

Her children’s books include Stella’s Song, Adriana’s Wings, and Thiago’s Shell. The stories are presented as engaging reads for children and families, with themes of hope, self-love, self-acceptance, belonging, and emotional growth. Alongside her writing, Robert offers holistic coaching and coaching programs, including Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping).
