StepLock is a Swedish provider of electrical and mechanical locks, access control systems and related hardware for residential, commercial and industrial properties. Its StepLock Cloud platform brings access control and intercom functions together, with data hosted in Sweden and administration handled through an online portal rather than an on-site server. Users can manage access rights across individual doors or multiple properties, while features include mobile access, video door entry, secure administrator sign-in and connections to many existing alarm systems.
The platform comes in two versions. StepLock Cloud connects door controllers to the cloud for real-time management, while StepLock Cloud Lite lets users operate compatible locks through an app without a door controller or portal. Lite installations can be upgraded using the same hardware. The wider range includes electric strikes, motor locks, mechanical locks, card readers, door intercoms, hybrid units, door controllers, power supplies and accessories. StepLock also offers apps, a booking system, a web portal, installation and user manuals, and practical guides.
