Stepping Stones Physiotherapy

Stepping Stones Physiotherapy is a mobile paediatric physiotherapy service based in Kellyville, serving children and young people aged 0–18 across Sydney, particularly Northwest and Western Sydney. Led by principal physiotherapist Suhasini Khan, the practice provides therapy in settings where children feel comfortable, including their homes, childcare centres, preschools, schools and the community. It works with families, teachers and medical professionals to create evidence-based programs tailored to each child’s needs and family goals.

Services include comprehensive assessments, therapy planning, home and school exercise programs, regular reassessments, family and carer capacity building, and consultations with other members of a child’s care team. The practice also prepares assessment, NDIS review and school-transition reports. Specialist services include hydrotherapy, equipment trials and prescription, footwear and orthotic assistance, and strengthening programs. Stepping Stones supports children with developmental delays, physical disabilities, neurological conditions and other diagnoses, as well as children with gait difficulties or recovering from orthopaedic surgery or Botox intervention. It is a registered NDIS provider and accepts NDIS-managed, self-managed and plan-managed funding.
