About Steps
Steps Community is a vocational training center and coffee shop in Bangkok that supports qualifications and employment opportunities for teenagers and adults with special education needs. With a mission to empower individuals with neurodivergence, Steps offers a range of services and programs to promote education, life skills, employability, and independence. Their award-winning, UK-accredited education programs focus on equipping young neurodivergent people with essential skills for the future.
Additionally, Steps operates inclusive coffee shops where trainees gain transferable skills while serving wholesome food and world-class coffee.
