Sternen-Schloss is a childcare provider offering nursery care in a warm, family-oriented setting. Its approach places each childâs abilities, interests and individual development at the center, with the aim of providing high-quality care and supporting positive experiences for children, parents and staff. Children aged three months and older can attend mixed-age groups, where caregivers offer individual support and encourage social development, creativity and learning through play.
Care is provided in German and English. Children can explore a new language in a relaxed, playful way, while those who speak another language receive language support and opportunities to build a sense of belonging. Everyday activities include singing, creating, painting, crafts and outdoor walks, chosen to suit childrenâs ages and interests. Sternen-Schloss offers all-day care and operates daycare centers in Winterthur, DĂŒbendorf, Volketswil and Wetzikon, with an additional location in Effretikon planned to open in 2027. Its services are supported by caregiving staff and a program designed to help children discover, develop and connect with others.
