Steun en Toeverlaat

Steun en Toeverlaat is a small, community-based home-care organization serving De Ronde Venen and surrounding areas in the Netherlands, including Mijdrecht, Vinkeveen, Abcoude and Wilnis. Its approach centers on personal attention, continuity and care tailored to each client’s needs. A regular team of experienced care professionals—including Helpende Plus staff, nursing assistants, nurses and wound-care specialists—supports clients at home, helping build trust and familiarity.

Services include round-the-clock care, medical care such as wound and stoma care, catheter changes and other nursing procedures, and personal care with activities such as bathing, dressing, medication and compression stockings. The organization also provides domestic help, guidance to reduce loneliness and support independence, and respite for family caregivers. It is available outside regular office hours, including evenings and weekends, and can respond to both ongoing needs and unexpected situations.
