Steven De La Cruz is a hands-on builder and operator whose work spans music, business operations, fabrication, and technology. He began his career performing in musicals across the Tri-State area and building a business around music teaching and performance. After moving to Los Angeles, he wrote music for film and mixed-media projects and provided freelance services to local businesses.

In 2018, he joined Ridge as its first employee, later serving as HR director and helping develop the systems and teams that supported the company’s growth. He went on to found Main Home Goods, a zero-waste woodshop creating practical wooden products, including a fully wooden MagSafe charger, and co-founded Makeplus, a makerspace and fabrication shop. At Cozey, he built an internal AI system and now works on shipping and logistics operations for new markets.

De La Cruz brings a practical, adaptable approach to building products, developing operational systems, and solving technical and hands-on challenges
