Steve's Poké Bar is a renowned brand in Metro Vancouver, offering an authentic taste of Hawaiian poké. What sets us apart from other spots is our dedication to using house-made sauce and marinating our poké just like the locals do in Hawaii. Indulge in the best poké experience and enjoy our signature bowls or build your own bowl with a variety of fresh ingredients.

We are committed to providing awesome guest experiences, and our expansion beyond Vancouver is in the pipeline. But it's not just about the delicious food; at Steve's Poké Bar, our people are our greatest asset. We value our employees and provide them with opportunities to grow and thrive in a happy work environment.

We also carefully select franchisees who share our mission and lead with empathy, making them more like partners. Our dedication doesn't stop at our restaurants; we recently conducted a successful fundraiser to support those affected by the tragic fires in Lahaina, Maui. Don't miss out on our limited-time Maui Wowee Ahi Tuna Poké, infused with a smoky and creamy sweet onion sauce.
