St. George’s, formally The Nevil Memorial Church of St. George, is an inclusive Episcopal congregation in the heart of Haverford Township, Ardmore, Pennsylvania, and part of the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania.
Rooted in a rich liturgical tradition, the church brings people together through faith in Jesus Christ, friendship, worship, and service. Sunday worship includes an 8:00 a. m.
service in traditional Rite I language and a 10:00 a. m. Rite II service with contemporary language, choir, and congregational singing.
The congregation also offers Godly Play Sunday School, youth activities, adult Christian education, Bible study, and fellowship opportunities. Its ministries include outreach, stewardship, and the Children’s Ark, alongside weddings and the Confraternity of the Blessed Sacrament. Music is an important part of parish life, with choral offerings, an Austin pipe organ, and a summer music camp.
St. George’s hosts community events and shares parish news through its weekly E-Tale newsletter. Visitors can find worship information, event details, and ways to participate through the church’s website or parish office
