Unclaimed brand
De Stichting Afasie Nederland streeft ernaar dat mensen met afasie zo veel mogelijk regie houden over hun eigen leven of de regie terugkrijgen in zo optimaal mogelijke maatschappelijke participatie. Dat kunnen we natuurlijk niet alleen.

Stichting Afasie Nederland is a Dutch foundation dedicated to supporting people living with aphasia and helping them participate more fully in society. Aphasia is a language disorder that can affect a person’s ability to speak, understand, read, or write, making everyday communication a continuing challenge. The foundation works to raise awareness of these difficulties and encourage a more aphasia-friendly society.
Through donations and community involvement, Stichting Afasie Nederland supports scientific research into aphasia and projects designed to help people with the condition take part in social life. It invites individuals to contribute through donations, fundraising activities, and other forms of participation. The foundation also offers opportunities to apply for project funding, while sharing stories and information to highlight experiences of living with aphasia.
Its work is supported by public contributions and includes ways to give, volunteer or take action, and leave a legacy. Stichting Afasie Nederland also provides organisational information, including details about its board, annual reports, policies, vacancies, and contact services.
