Stichting Mijnzorg is a Surinamese foundation that provides a home for children living with or affected by HIV. It describes itself as the only foundation in Suriname offering a home specifically for this group. Some of the children it supports develop psychotic symptoms during puberty, and many face limited acceptance in society because HIV and AIDS remain sensitive subjects.

Based in Paramaribo, Suriname, Mijnzorg also protects the children’s privacy by not publishing identifiable photographs of them online
