StickFix Saskatoon is a composite repair business serving Saskatoon and the surrounding area, with expertise in carbon fibre products. Its repair services cover hockey sticks, bikes, skates, racquets and other composite items, helping customers restore equipment rather than replace it. The company says a broken hockey stick can often be repaired for less than $125, and its repair process has been available since 2004.
Founded by Cliff Hendrickson, whose experience repairing racquets and composite products dates to the late 1970s, StickFix has expanded beyond repairs to offer skate sharpening and custom-made hockey sticks. Its SABRE Hockey Sticks brand offers junior, intermediate and senior sizes, with customization available for individuals and teams. StickFix also sells Flare Skate Blades. New and used sticks are backed by a 35-day repair warranty covering the repaired area.
Serving the community since 2016, StickFix reports keeping more than 300 sticks out of landfills each year while helping make hockey more affordable.
