Stigssons Begravningsbyrå

Stigssons Begravningsbyrå is a locally established funeral home serving Båstad and the Bjäre Peninsula since 1976. Run by Bjäre residents and friends Ebba and Josefine, together with their colleague Mattias, the agency supports families with care, sensitivity and practical knowledge after a loss. Its team helps plan and arrange funerals, guiding families through the process and shaping a farewell that feels right for them.

Services include advice on what to do after a death, funeral planning, and information about costs, finances and insurance. Families can explore coffins, urns and memorial stones, prepare death notices, and arrange flowers, music, food and non-religious officiants. Stigssons also provides estate inventory and legal guidance, including a legal needs assessment, and offers Livsarkivet for recording personal funeral wishes.

The website features death notices and online memorial rooms, where visitors can remember loved ones, light a digital candle or make a memorial donation. Guests can also find information about funeral etiquette and register for memorial gatherings.
