Stillberatung-Sauerland

Stillberatung-Sauerland is the breastfeeding support practice of Nina Kaulmann, a lactation consultant whose work is guided by a commitment to promoting breastfeeding and helping families make informed choices. The practice presents breast milk as a valuable, adaptable source of nutrition and highlights the World Health Organization’s recommendation to breastfeed exclusively for the first six months, then continue alongside complementary foods for at least two years, for as long as parent and child wish.

Its website lists services related to breastfeeding support, tongue-tie, therapeutic laser, workshops, and professional training. These offerings bring together individual guidance and educational opportunities for families and others seeking to learn more about breastfeeding. The practice’s message, “Breastfeeding needs to be louder,” reflects its aim to raise awareness and encourage open discussion about breastfeeding.

Nina Kaulmann can be contacted by WhatsApp, email, or telephone. Stillberatung-Sauerland serves people seeking support and information around breastfeeding and related topics.
