Still Harbor Health is a consultative palliative care practice serving patients and families in Coastal Maine. Founded by Karin Woodworth, FNP-C, ACHPN, the practice offers nurse practitioner house calls across Waldo, Knox, and Lincoln counties, along with telehealth visits and Death with Dignity guidance throughout Maine. Karin is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with advanced certification in hospice and palliative care and more than 20 years of nursing experience.

Still Harbor Health supports people navigating serious illness, aging, dementia, caregiving responsibilities, and end-of-life decisions. Services may include symptom management, medication review, care planning, goals-of-care conversations, advance care planning, caregiver guidance, hospice eligibility support, and communication with a patient’s broader healthcare team. The practice aims to provide medical, practical, and emotional guidance while helping patients and families understand their options and decide what comes next. Care is designed to meet people where they are, with a focus on listening, comfort, clarity, and choices.
