Stimbekhof is a country-style hospitality retreat in Oberhaverbeck, at the heart of the Lüneburg Heath nature reserve in Germany. Surrounded by forests, streams and heathland, this historic thatched-roof farm offers a peaceful base for guests seeking time in nature. The family-run business, founded by Jovitha, Sabrina and Björn in 2020, combines personal hospitality with regional character and thoughtfully designed spaces.

Guests can choose from 27 individually styled rooms and suites. On-site experiences include a Finnish sauna, wellness massages, private yoga sessions, coaching and scheduled yoga, day and fasting retreats.
