STJ

Stjärnägg supplies fresh Swedish eggs from local farms to shops and restaurants, bringing together Swedish egg producers and customers through a focus on quality, reliability and sustainability. Its range includes free-range indoor eggs, organic eggs, eggs from hens with outdoor access, large eggs, seasonal and specialty varieties, and regionally branded products such as Skåneägg, Västkustägg, Ölandsägg and Östgötaägg. For foodservice customers, the company offers packaged eggs, loose eggs, liquid egg products, and cooked and fried eggs.

Stjärnägg highlights the connection between each egg and its farm of origin. Consumers can use its Egg Search tool by entering the code printed on an eggshell to find the farm, learn how the hens are housed and discover who cares for them. The website also provides recipes, cooking advice and educational information about eggs, alongside customer support, contact details and an order portal. Through its collaboration with Swedish farmers and its sustainability efforts, Stjärnägg presents eggs as fresh, locally sourced food with traceable origins.
