STL-Rifles

STL-Rifles is a German gunsmithing business founded by Manfred Schmitt, whose technical experience and personal involvement in sport shooting and hunting shaped its focus on precision firearms. The workshop builds custom-made rifles for sports shooters, hunters, professional shooters and public authorities, combining selected components with parts developed and manufactured in-house. Its range includes precision, sporting and hunting rifles, including benchrest and match rifles, with configurations tailored to customers’ requirements.

From triggers to optics, the brand presents itself as offering expertise across the components and technical details involved in a precision rifle. Schmitt also has experience with precision handloaded ammunition and advises clients on improving shooting performance and long-range accuracy. Customers can request an individually specified, non-binding proposal; the stated production time for a made-to-measure rifle is generally four to six months.

STL-Rifles reports that its rifles have been used to win competitions and championships, and that customers value their shooting performance, including with factory ammunition, as well as the workshop’s commitment to its promises
