St. Mary's Barnegat

St. Mary’s Parish is a Catholic community serving Barnegat and Manahawkin, New Jersey, through its churches in Barnegat and at St. Mary of the Pines. The parish supports worship, spiritual growth, education, service, and fellowship for people at every stage of life. Its regular schedule includes daily and weekend Masses, Confession, Spanish-language Masses, and livestreamed services. Parishioners can also visit the Perpetual Adoration Chapel for prayer and take part in special devotions and events.

The parish offers sacramental preparation and celebration, including Baptism, Reconciliation, Eucharist, Confirmation, Matrimony, Holy Orders, and Anointing of the Sick. Its programs include religious education, youth ministry, RCIA, faith formation, family and spiritual groups, and ministries focused on liturgy, communication, justice, and service. St. Mary’s also shares parish news, bulletins, calendars, prayer intentions, daily readings, and weekly letters, while providing online giving and access to the FORMED Catholic resource. Community activities include fellowship gatherings, fundraisers, bereavement support, and outreach such as the SVDP Food Pantry. The parish is also home to St. Mary Academy.
