The Sto-Stiftung is dedicated to shaping the future of the construction industry by fostering young talents in architecture and crafts. With a mission to enhance educational prospects, the foundation emphasizes the importance of personal development and social responsibility alongside vocational and academic training.

Sto-Stiftung supports students and institutions in architecture, as well as aspiring painters and plasterers, providing opportunities through various initiatives. Notable programs include the DesignBuild competition, where students translate theoretical principles into sustainable construction projects, and the November Talks lecture series that features discussions on current architectural themes in cities such as Stuttgart, Venice, Paris, Prague, and Vienna.

Additionally, the foundation actively promotes educational resources, including awarding 450 colorful paint sets to educational institutions in the painting and decorating trade. By equipping the next generation with essential skills and knowledge, Sto-Stiftung plays a pivotal role in the evolution of architecture and craftsmanship.
