Our Family History Stockton Project is a genealogy initiative devoted to documenting the descendants of the Stockton family, particularly those connected to Rev. Davis Stockton of Virginia, and the families linked to them through marriage. Its goal is to bring available Stockton surname research together in one online resource, investigate Davis Stockton’s ancestry, and preserve family records and stories for future generations. The project draws on published family histories and notes that DNA research indicates a relationship with Stockton families in Pennsylvania, but not New Jersey.

Visitors can explore family histories, photographs, documents, headstones, recordings, videos, albums, cemeteries, places, dates, and other genealogical records. The site also provides family search tools, a Stockton DNA project, and links to research resources such as FamilySearch, Find a Grave, and Archives.com.

The project welcomes contributions from relatives, including ancestor details, original documents, photographs, letters, and personal narratives. It particularly encourages information about women’s family lines and the everyday experiences of past generations.
