Stollies Swim Academy

Stollies Swim Academy is a swimming school serving families in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. It offers lessons for swimmers of different ages and abilities, with an emphasis on water safety, confidence, enjoyable learning and steady progress. Small classes and personalised coaching help learners develop at their own pace, while instructors work in the water with children to provide direct guidance and encourage sound technique without relying on buoyancy aids.

The academy’s options include private 30-minute one-to-one lessons for children aged 2.5 and above, as well as two-to-one sessions for siblings, friends or swimmers matched by ability. Adaptable one-to-one lessons are available for children with special educational needs and disabilities. Parent-and-child classes welcome babies from 12 weeks and toddlers up to 2.5 years, using songs, games and play to build water confidence and introduce survival skills such as floating and breath control. More advanced swimmers can join the non-competitive Stollies Squad for 45-minute sessions focused on technique, stamina and staying active.
