Stoma Guru

Stoma Guru is an online support and education resource for people living with a stoma, especially those who feel uncertain or unsupported after surgery. Founded by Kevin Bonikowski, an RN, BSN, and CWOCN stoma specialist, the site aims to help ostomates manage daily life with greater confidence and independence. Kevin draws on his experience supporting patients and families, offering personal consultations and practical guidance tailored to individual needs.

Services include virtual consultations for questions about stoma care, pouching products, measuring and applying appliances, skin concerns, output, and troubleshooting. The site also provides educational resources about life with an ostomy and a blog where Kevin explores ostomy-related topics and common challenges. A question-and-answer resource about ostomies is listed as coming soon.
