Stone Creek Dressage is a dressage training and riding operation based in San Juan Capistrano, California, serving horse and rider teams in Orange County. The program is led by Erin O’Steen, a British Horse Society Certified Trainer and German National Trainer certified to teach beginners through FEI level. Her background includes equestrian study in England and Germany, competition experience, and work with accomplished trainers and judges. She has coached California Dressage Society junior champions and has twice been named Trainer of the Year in the Orange County Interscholastic Equestrian League.
Stone Creek Dressage offers lessons and individualized horse training, with services that may include trainer rides, lunging, trail rides, hand-walking, turnout, and barn walks, depending on each horse’s and rider’s needs. Erin’s approach emphasizes confident, systematic training, kindness, and positive experiences to build a harmonious partnership. The facilities include two regularly groomed outdoor arenas, a lunging round pen, turnout areas, an automatic walker, covered cross-ties, bathing space, and a tack room.
