Stonehaven Weddings

Stonehaven Weddings creates intimate, all-inclusive elopement experiences in Tasmania for couples who want a simple, personal way to say “We Do.” Led by Maddison, a Launceston-based marriage celebrant and professional photographer, the service brings the ceremony and photography together: Maddison performs and certifies the marriage with two legal witnesses present, then captures photographs as couples celebrate their commitment.

Couples can choose a location elopement in Launceston and surrounding areas, selecting a meaningful place such as a private garden, country property or favourite lookout. Alternatively, they can marry at The Stonehaven Garden, a private, classic stone garden setting at York Plains, available for a limited number of elopements each year. Both options are designed to keep the day focused on the couple, without a large production or unnecessary fuss.

Stonehaven Weddings also lists vow renewals among its offerings. The experience is designed to make planning straightforward while giving couples a personal ceremony in a place that feels special to them. Stonehaven acknowledges the Palawa people, the traditional owners of Lutruwita.
