Stone Life Coach is a personal coaching practice founded by Marisa, who is dedicated to personal growth and spiritual wellbeing. Drawing on her life experiences and five years of coaching, Marisa combines emotional insight with practical guidance to help clients understand themselves, navigate challenges and pursue a more fulfilling life. The practice offers one-to-one life coaching, including identity-focused coaching, as well as workshops on topics related to later life and personal development.

These include welcoming the third age, addressing loneliness, reflecting on the fear of death, challenging ageism and exploring self-knowledge after 60. Coaching is intended for people facing questions about purpose, changing circumstances, independence, grief, relationships or the transition into retirement and older age. Stone Life Coach emphasizes personalized support, self-awareness and emotional intelligence, helping clients recognize limiting patterns and consider new ways forward.

Through individual sessions, workshops and informative articles, the brand encourages people to embrace life’s different stages with greater clarity, confidence and meaning
