Tetelestai Homes is an Idaho luxury home builder serving the Treasure Valley, including Eagle, Star, Middleton, Caldwell, and Meridian. Founded by Jacob Stone, the company combines hands-on building experience with the design direction of lead designer Melissa Stone. It builds both move-in-ready and pre-selling spec homes, as well as fully custom residences designed around each client’s lifestyle. Tetelestai completes approximately eight to ten spec homes annually and reserves capacity for two to three custom projects, offering clients a more focused, collaborative experience.

Each custom home is designed as a one-of-one residence, with no floor plans reused across clients. The company’s in-house design team helps create cohesive homes that balance timeless architecture, functional living, craftsmanship, and long-term value. Its simplified building process aims to make custom construction less stressful while preserving meaningful personalization. Current offerings range from homes in established communities to new homesites and pre-selling projects. Move-in-ready homes include furnishings, a designer consultation for decor changes, one year of landscaping maintenance, and a week of meals to help clients settle in.
