Stones & Stars is a boutique glamping retreat set within a reclaimed limestone quarry just outside the historic city of Plymouth. Surrounded by wild nature and water, its 14-acre site offers a peaceful escape with opportunities to explore nearby sandy beaches, ancient woodlands and Dartmoor, or paddleboard on Hooe Lake. Guests can also watch wildlife, including deer, badgers and birds of prey, and enjoy sunsets and starry skies.
The retreat offers a small collection of luxury five-metre bell tents and six-metre teepees, suited to couples, families and groups of friends. Each tent is individually styled with antique furnishings, comfortable beds and soft linens, bringing vintage character together with practical comforts such as battery-powered lighting and phone charging. Guests can make use of private outdoor dining areas, picnic kits and fire bowls for evenings outdoors.
